• Freezing charts: Like a bitter winter with howling northern winds, even if the land is fertile, without the warmth of the sun, the seeds cannot germinate. This is the so-called "possessing talent but meeting no opportunity."

• Scorching hot charts: Like a blazing summer day, even if the land is vast, without the moisture of rain and dew, the seeds cannot grow. This is the so-called "having strength but nowhere to apply it."

Temperature regulation is the process of bringing "sunlight" and "rain and dew" to this land to restore its vitality and vigor. Its fundamental purpose is to enable the chart's energy to "circulate effectively." Under extreme climatic conditions, the generating and controlling relationships among the Five Elements may be disrupted, leading to reduced efficiency in energy circulation.
